Q. Do I need to have any kind of qualification to be an Optical Assistant?
A. No. We’ll provide you with all the training you need to be a great Optical Assistant. A passion for customer service is a must and ideally some previous work experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Q. Do I need to apply on line or can I apply direct to my local store?

Q. Do I have to wear a uniform?
A. Yes. We provide all our store employees with an exclusively designed corporate uniform. This ensures we provide a professional look and feel for our customers regardless of which store they visit.
