You don’t need previous optical experience but what we do look for is a passion for customer service and working seamlessly as a team. We’ve a number of support roles available – Optical Assistant, Optometry Co-ordinator and Laboratory Production Technician. For all roles, there are great rewards, including on-going training and career opportunities. For many of our roles we’re not looking for previous optical experience, if you have it great but if not don’t worry. We’ll ensure you have all the training you need to get you up to speed and help you become an optical expert. There really is something for everyone.
