Job Overview

From our stores to our support office...everyone has a key part to play. Based in Nottingham, we're recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be accountable for the development of the Marketing Campaign plan in line with the overall marketing and business strategy. You'll be responsible for the execution of award winning, through the line marketing campaigns – acting as the main point of integration for all marketing channels. You'll take full ownership of the Campaign Calendar – creating market leading content, working collaboratively with our key vendors. All activity must be delivered efficiently and to budget to enable our stores to execute flawlessly – this will be measured by budget control, store and customer feedback.


Job Requirements

Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Execution of the Marketing Campaign Plan including;
o Campaign planning, proposal and approval process
o All ATL media planning and delivery
o Through the line campaign execution including CRM, Social Media, PR, Local and Digital
o In-store campaign execution from Window, in-store POS through to target setting and training.
o All in-store campaign trials (including promotions and commercial policy)
o Set up and management of appropriate resource and agency/supplier structures to deliver Campaign plan.
o Work closely with Finance and Customer research teams to ensure robust performance feedback on all Marketing Campaign to shape future improvements.
- Creation and day to day management of the campaign and content calendar – including all Trade Marketing activity. The individual needs to be a fantastic story teller, creating new, innovative and engaging content, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
To be successful in the role you’ll need:
o Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in a similar role, with 3 years line management/3rd party management experience
o Previous experience within Retail, FMCG, travel or another fast-moving sector, with in-depth media buying experience
o A completer – finisher that thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment with tight deadlines and fantastic attention to detail
o Demonstrates strong attention to detail
o Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
o The ability to work collaboratively
o To be qualified to degree level (or equivalent)
o A full and clean driving license – required as the individual will visit stores on a regular basis.
