In this busy and interesting role you’ll help organise our clinics, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers – and providing excellent support for our teams. The focus here is on organisation and customer care so you don’t need a background in optics. It’s really your personality, retail skills and ability to juggle lots of tasks that we’re interested in, as well as your ability to put customers at ease. But make no mistake, there’s lots of opportunities to develop specialist skills, and we’ll help you all the way with training and support.
You’ll support the efficient running of clinics and the reception area by answering the telephone, booking appointments, greeting customers and making sure they’re welcomed and well looked after. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll plan ahead maximising sales opportunities through effective diary management.
You’ll also liaise between the retail and professional teams, ensuring we work seamlessly together. It’s busy, with plenty of variety and customer engagement. In a nutshell you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the store’s clinics for that day so our customers are seen on time. It can be hectic so if you thrive on hustle and bustle then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
