We are currently looking for a GOC/CORU registered Optometrist, to join us as a Divisional Ophthalmic Business Partner to join our team. This role will see you providing clinical support 2 days a week, and providing Professional Support to the Vision Express Senior Management team, Support Centre departments and Regional Managers. Execute key Professional Services and commercial objectives to drive clinical excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute key Vision Express and Professional Services objectives

• Develop and manage successful and productive relationships with key stakeholders including external bodies

• Working with the recruitment team to engage with potential new recruits, future talent and support with pre-reg selection

• Supporting the Optical Compliance Manager to proactively review and improve policy and procedures

• Monitor industry and competitive activity, share ideas on Operational actions and strive for continuous improvement

• Support with the ongoing development and the digitalisation of standard operating procedures, ways of working and the Professional Services audit

• Provide development, support and guidance through ongoing communication and quarterly meetings

• Execute the strategy for enhanced services within Vision Express

• Work within allocated budgets, monitoring expenditure and proactively utilise methods for controlling and reducing costs

• Work effectively as a Business Partner, acting as the link between Professional Services and the rest of the business

- GOC registered and fully qualified for minimum 3 years
