Are you a creative marketer with an attention to detail who is curious and innovative? Are you a great communicator with the ability to prioritise to deliver results? We’re looking for a brand activation manager to join our hands on marketing team. The role itself offers variety, some days you will be assisting the senior marketing manager in the implementation of marketing materials and campaigns. Other days, you will be taking ownership of smaller marketing campaigns through the likes of local marketing to support the overarching marketing strategy.


What can you expect from the role?


You’ll be working closely with internal cross functional teams and external print/creative agencies to develop and produce marketing communications (such as POS materials). Whilst doing so, you will look for opportunities to meet the demands of the market, business, and our customers.


To make sure that everything is as it should be, you will be out and about visiting stores to help in the implementation of POS materials. Once operational, you will be liaising with store colleagues and regional managers to collate feedback on marketing materials and the campaigns in order to further optimise future implementations and share lessons learnt.


You will also be analysing and reporting on campaign success by tracking performance against KPI’s to review what has gone well and what can be tweaked to be better next time feeding insight and market knowledge into the team.

We’re looking for candidates with previous experience within a marketing focussed role, ideally within a fast-paced retailer. You will you’ll always start and end the decision-making process with the customer in the mind.


You’ll have an eye for detail and a creative mindset for hands on marketing activity but also an analytical mindset to report and review successes and learnings, this could be the role for you. You’ll enjoy being in the detail and be prepared to get involved. A truly, self-motivated, team player with great organisational skills coupled with great written and verbal communication is key to being successful in this role.
