Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will take charge of your stores’ day-to-day operations. From leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service, to maintaining high store standards – you will get to exercise your leadership skills at every point. Exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team, will be your responsibility. You’ll also handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling and inventory management, ensuring a smooth operation of the store and facilitating a positive and productive working environment.

Assistant Store Manager

Working as an Assistant Store Manager in one of our stores offers you more than just a base salary. With our comprehensive monthly bonus scheme, there are plenty of opportunities to earn more and enjoy an enhanced reward package as part of our Vision Express team.

So how does this work?

If your store hits its monthly targets and team goals, and you sell specific products at an on-target level such as Eyecare Plans, Multifocal lenses, and Photochromic lenses, you can earn additional rewards of around 10% of your salary. There are even greater opportunities to earn more if the store surpasses its targets, with extra bonuses available for higher sales performance and the more specific products you sell the more you can earn.

Optical Assistant

As part of our retail team, you’ll primarily be helping people select the perfect eyewear solution for their needs. This can include frame adjustments, repairs and fittings and even pre-screening eye examinations. This role doesn’t just need someone who fits the description. It needs someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
