Data Analyst

Are you passionate about using data to drive people-related decisions? Vision Express is seeking a HR Controller to deliver essential reporting and insights that will empower our managers and leaders to make informed decisions. In this role, you will leverage data to identify trends and support the evolution of our HR key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and enhancement of HR key performance metrics.

Maintain PowerBI dashboards and provide monthly people data to the business and EssilorLuxottica.

Investigate trends in data to ensure accuracy and provide clear, concise explanations to non-reporting experts.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reporting projects and document all delivered outputs.

What We’re Looking For:

Intermediate SQL skills with a working knowledge of relational databases and table joins.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of PowerBI.

Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to question requests for commercial viability.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an inquisitive nature to understand the data makeup.

Excellent communication skills to convey results clearly and engagingly.
