Leonardo Business Brand Manager UKI

Role Overview:

As the Leonardo Business Brand Manager for the UKI, your primary responsibility will be to develop and promote the Leonardo brand within the local market, focusing on the wholesale optical sector. You will design and implement creative marketing strategies within the strategic framework defined by the Leonardo local Team Lead, aiming to engage both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand and business initiatives as outlined in annual and quarterly plans.
  • Develop a 360-degree local communication plan utilizing Leonardo guidelines and corporate assets, tailored for various communication channels.
  • Build strong relationships with Leonardo team members and business colleagues.
  • Manage a complex business environment, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and propose improvements.
  • Analyze data for insights, trends, and opportunities, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to Corporate Leonardo BBM and participate in local market meetings.
  • Drive engagement throughout the marketing funnel and maintain a comprehensive brand approach.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), data visualization tools, social media platforms, and internal communications strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and maintain a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in wholesale or corporate communications is essential.
