Role overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Vision Express, you’ll lead in bringing top talent into our Store Support Centre functions and Regional Fulfilment Hub. In this pivotal role, you’ll strategically partner with hiring managers, comprehending their needs and developing targeted recruitment strategies. Your mission? Drive best practices in attraction, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with candidates, guiding them through the personalised recruitment journey, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initiating vacancies to seamless candidate onboarding. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable insights on the candidate market, including salary benchmarks, ensuring competitive offerings. Most importantly, you’ll lead the way by suggesting improvements, shaping processes, and championing a candidate-centric approach. Your passion for customer service will support our ambition to See More and Be More, and we’ll support you to continuously learn and grow with Vision Express.
