How does it work?
It’s simple:
- Work a minimum of three contracted days a week as a Vision Express resident optometrist.
- Join The TG Pool and get first refusal on all available locum-style shifts across Vision Express stores.
- Pick and choose the extra shifts that suit you.
- Get paid a day rate equivalent to 80% of the locum rate for the first shift worked each week, with no hidden deductions (we factor in NI, pension and holiday entitlement).
