Role overview
Are you interested in becoming a Store Manager with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers, selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?
At Vision Express we are currently looking for two Store Manager Designates to support our stores in both the Newcastle and Teesside areas. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with regular travel to multiple stores and flexible to cover holidays and sickness with the end goal of becoming a resident store manager in the future.
As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring teams to deliver top performance, you’ll manage day-to-day operations in store, and you’ll receive an exciting induction that will enable you to work with colleagues across the region and develop your leadership skills for future roles within the business.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
