Role overview
As a Contact Lens Retention Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers throughout their contact lens journey. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention rates, and ensuring a seamless experience for contact lens wearers. You’ll engage with customers via phone and email to provide expert advice, resolve queries, and promote the benefits of continued lens wear and subscription services.

- Previous experience within an outbound call centre would be advantageous.
