Our Jersey store is looking for it's next Store Manager, to manage our team of 2 Optometrists and 4 retail colleagues. Our ideal candidate would be a legendary leader, experience of working in optical retail would be preferred but not essential. We are also willing to consider candidates that are open to relocate to Jersey.
As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, you’ll be accountable for the management of day-to-day operations, and you’ll motivate and inspire your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
