Vision Express are on the lookout for an organised and driven individual who has a passion for delivering exceptional service to join our team as a People Services Advisor to provide first line support on all people matters to all colleagues. This position is based at our support office in Ruddington, Nottingham on a hybrid basis and is a 12 months FTC.

Communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally, adapting your style to suit your audience.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Prioritise your workload efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all starter, leaver and change submissions are authorised within agreed limits and are processed accordingly.
Create and issue contracts of employment, changes to terms and conditions of employment and other employment related matters accurately and within the departmental KPI’s.
Handle all queries via telephone, email and face-to-face communication at management and colleague level in an empathetic and efficient manner and provide a response within policy guidelines.
Administer and coordinate moments that matter such as maternity processes, 100% employee discount benefit and long service awards.
Utilise the People Services/Payroll Database to generate monthly reports and provide ad hoc reports as required.
