Covering 20 stores across the South West | Must live within the region or be willing to relocate

We’re now looking for a Regional Manager to take the reins of our largest geographical footprint – the South West – and lead a team of 20 stores, including our flagship locations in Plymouth and Exeter.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, inspire, and develop store teams across a diverse and dynamic region
- Drive performance and customer experience in line with our brand values
- Champion new product launches and operational excellence
- Ensure consistency and resilience across all locations
- Travel regularly across the region to stay connected with your teams
What we’re looking for:
- A strong retail background, or experience in a similar fast paced, customer focussed organisation
- Proven multi-site management experience
- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
- A prioritised and structured approach to leadership
- Experience managing and developing people across different locations
- Willingness to live within the region or relocate (disturbance allowance provided)
