As Store Manager, you'll enable your team to succeed by organising and communicating clearly, supporting them to deliver a premium experience — even in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. A key focus of the role will be increasing sales of our Eyecare Plan, so previous experience in assisted sales or an optical retail environment is highly desirable.
