We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead our team at Vision Express in Jersey. Whether you're an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, this is your chance to step up in a fast-paced optical retail environment.
You’ll oversee store operations, manage a team of 7 colleagues (including 2 Optometrists), and drive performance through daily briefings, weekly 1:1 coaching, and strong people leadership.
