Role overview
As a Quality Officer you will be the an ambassador for quality assurance. You will be actively involved in the maintenance of ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System, supporting the QARA Manager with internal and external audits. Your role will include activities such as investigation of non-conformities including non-conforming products. You will support in the resolution of customer complaints as well as providing training to maintain compliance with standard operating procedures. You will be required to apply yourself in all activities managed under the ISO 13485:2016 QMS. No day is guaranteed to be the same.
