This joint venture store brings together a skilled team consisting of one dispensing optician and five optical assistants, giving the assistant store manager the opportunity to lead, support, and develop a close‑knit group.
As an assistant store manager, you’ll work closely with the joint venture partner to support day‑to‑day store operations while acting as a hands‑on leader on the shop floor. You’ll help drive performance, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a first‑class experience. People management will be a key part of your responsibilities - the assistant store manager will coach, develop, and motivate colleagues to help them reach their full potential.
This role is ideal for a natural problem‑solver. As an assistant store manager, you’ll be calm under pressure, able to make confident decisions, and ready to guide the team through everyday challenges.
