Are you an energetic, passionate retail leader who cares about people and wants to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a store manager to lead our fantastic team in Dover, which is a busy Tesco store with strong footfall and a great reputation.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with real potential to progress into a store manager designate role beyond the initial contract length for the right candidate. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to grow, develop, and shape the future of a thriving store.
You’ll begin your journey with a generous 3-month induction at our Bluewater Shopping Centre store. This will give you the best opportunity to learn, develop, and strengthen your leadership capability in a high performing environment before transitioning to Dover, where you’ll step in fully as the store manager.
You’ll be leading a team of five, who are proud of their store, love working with their customers, and support each other every day. We’re looking for a store manager who shares that same enthusiasm and cares deeply about delivering brilliant results for both people and the business. To thrive here, you’ll need to show that you’re a store manager who builds trust, champions teamwork, and inspires those around you.
