Are you an energetic, people‑focused retail leader looking for an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a store manager to lead our Watford Tesco store - a small store with high‑potential that offers the perfect environment for a motivated leader to develop, influence, and drive performance.
Watford provides clear opportunities to elevate the customer experience, and create a confident, engaged team. It’s an ideal next step for a store manager who enjoys shaping standards, building culture, and delivering results through their people.
You’ll lead a part‑time team of five optical assistants, supported by three resident optometrists. The store operates as a single‑clinic site with two testing rooms, meaning there is potential for future growth.
This is a fixed‑term contract with potential to transition into a permanent store manager designate, depending on performance and business needs.
The store operates Monday–Saturday, 9:00–5:30.
