We’re looking for a high performing Operations Cluster Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and commercial performance across our London region. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Area Manager within one of our most high profile patches, which includes several flagship stores.
This role is ideal for an experienced Store Manager who is ready to step into a broader leadership position, with ambition to progress into an Area Manager role in the future.
As Operations Cluster Manager, you will support and deputise for the Area Manager, providing hands on leadership across a diverse cluster of over 20 store locations. You’ll be instrumental in delivering consistently high standards, strong sales performance, and an engaging, compliant, and customer focused retail operation.
You’ll act as a coach, role model and operator, balancing commercial outcomes with people development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Area Manager to deliver operational excellence and high performance
• Deputise for the Area Manager when required, confidently leading the area in their absence
• Drive sales growth through strong execution, commercial insight and KPI performance management
• Lead, engage and inspire Store Managers and wider teams to deliver outstanding results
• Identify talent, coach future leaders and actively support succession planning and people development
• Analyse performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks and improvement actions
• Support change initiatives and new ways of working across the region
• Maintain a strong on‑site presence, travelling regularly across the London patch

• An experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results
• Experienced in driving sales, managing KPIs and improving store performance
• A confident people leader with strong skills in engagement, coaching and development
• Comfortable managing performance and building high‑performing teams
• Highly organised with strong operational and compliance knowledge
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site role
