We're looking for an experienced Point of Sale (POS) & Print Production Manager to lead the planning, production and execution of in-store marketing materials across Vision Express and David Clulow.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail POS, print management, supplier management and campaign delivery. While visual merchandising knowledge is beneficial, this is not a traditional Visual Merchandising Manager role. The primary focus is ensuring our stores have the right marketing materials, delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing end-to-end delivery of retail POS and printed marketing materials
- Planning and executing store campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to translate marketing activity into store-ready assets
- Managing print suppliers, production schedules and budgets
- Coordinating distribution of POS materials across a national store network
- Supporting store openings, refits and relocations with marketing collateral and signage
- Maintaining brand consistency and excellent in-store execution across all locations
- Providing guidance on visual presentation and customer experience within stores
What We're Looking For
- We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Point of Sale (POS) production and management
- Print production, supplier management and procurement
- Retail marketing campaign execution
- Managing external agencies and print partners
- Multi-site retail operations and rollout programmes
- Project management, planning and budget control
Nice to Have
- Exposure to visual merchandising principles
- Experience supporting store layouts, displays or retail environments
- Experience within a retail, franchise or multi-site business
Important Note
This role is primarily focused on POS management, print production and retail campaign delivery. Whilst visual merchandising forms part of the broader customer experience, we are not seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandising Manager or someone whose experience is solely focused on store styling, display installation or fashion Visual Merchandising.
