POS Manager
Location: Nottingham Support Centre (Hybrid)

• Strong POS/VM experience within a retail environment
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience in print, production and store execution
• Highly organised with strong project management skills
• Creative, commercially aware and solutions-focused
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver POS, props and VM for launches, campaigns and store changes
• Own the POS roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Lead store execution for openings, refits and re-sites
• Manage suppliers, production and stock availability
• Define visual standards, layouts and brand flow
• Drive consistency, compliance and continuous improvement
