Store Manager – Vision Express (Ulverston)

What You’ll Do

· Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with a strong, people-first leadership style
· Create a culture of exceptional customer service, with a clear focus on customer experience and outcomes
· Own store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
· Support and lead change effectively, keeping your team engaged, informed, and performing at their best
· Use data and customer insights to continuously improve the customer journey
· Oversee all aspects of store operations including compliance, stock, and team planning

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
· A strong team player who leads by example and builds a positive team culture
· Excellent customer focus with a passion for delivering great service
· Experience leading teams through change and driving engagement
· Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
· Confident communicator who can coach, support, and challenge a team
· Optics experience is not required - full training will be provided
