Store Manager – Vision Express (Romford Gallows Corner)

What You'll Do

· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
· Create a positive culture where colleagues can thrive and grow their careers
· Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer service and strong leadership
· Take ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence as Store Manager
· Lead from the front, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer
· Oversee key store operations including rotas, compliance, stock management, and standards
· Work closely with a supportive network of experienced local Store Managers and regional leaders
· Champion the Vision Express brand in everything you do

What We're Looking For

· Previous people management experience within a retail environment
· Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership role is highly desirable
· A passion for developing colleagues and building engaged, successful teams
· Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
· Experience working in a KPI-driven, sales, product, or performance-focused environment
· Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
· A confident communicator who can inspire, coach, and influence others
· Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
· Genuine passion for customers, colleagues, and the Vision Express brand

Optics experience is not required – we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
