As a Store Manager Designate, you'll support stores across the Reading area, gaining exposure to different teams, challenges and opportunities while building towards your first Store Manager position.
What You'll Do
· Support the day-to-day leadership of stores across the Reading area
· Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences
· Lead from the front, coaching and developing colleagues to achieve their best
· Support commercial performance through strong people leadership and operational excellence
· Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders across multiple locations
· Take ownership of key priorities and confidently step into leadership responsibilities
· Develop the skills, knowledge and experience required to progress into a Store Manager role
· Adapt quickly to different stores and support teams through change and growth

What We're Looking For
· Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role
· Background in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment
· Ambition to develop into a Store Manager and build a long-term leadership career
· Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
· Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
· Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations
· A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships quickly
· Positive, proactive and eager to learn
· Optics experience is not required – we'll support you to learn everything you need
