What We're Looking For
• Experience in retail, hospitality, optics or a customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to travel across North London and Hertfordshire.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to coach, support and motivate others.
• Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
