What You'll Do
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance and consistently deliver store targets
• Manage colleague performance, providing feedback, coaching and development support

• Ensure your store is operationally excellent, compliant and customer focused
• Support the delivery of eye care services using the latest optical technology

What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader
• A proven track record of delivering sales targets and commercial results
• Experience managing colleague performance, coaching teams and driving improvement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Optics experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
