WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
FULL TIME POSITION - 40 HOURS PW
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL BE FOCUSED ON LEADING THE DISPATCH TEAM. THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED ON WORKING HOURS BETWEEN 2PM AND 10PM
Are you passionate about creating joy for your customers? We are looking for a warehouse team leader to join our warehouse based in Nottingham. You’ll be working with your team to create joy for our customers with looking to achieve fast delivery times.

We’ll look to you to support and develop your team and providing joy for our customers through delivering on time, in full. We are big on continuous improvement, which is why you’ll be involved in shaping our success. As a warehouse team leader, you’ll look for areas of opportunities to build new processes and ways of working, making sure we create joy in vision through every step of our journey.
With almost 600 stores and our ecommerce site, the warehouse is a busy place! So, you’ll be a champion for health and safety keeping your colleagues safe and creating an environment that creates joy for our colleagues.

About you
To be successful in this role you’ll have previous experience of managing a team preferably within a warehouse environment. We're looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset, where the development of the team and people is at the forefront of everything they do.
