CRM Analyst

Job Description

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a CRM Analyst to join our CRM & Research team here in our store support centre in Ruddington, Nottingham. As a CRM Analyst you will explore our sales and customer data to identify focused insights that ultimately drives new customers, customer retention and extends customer lifetime value. You will challenge the norm by continuously looking for areas of opportunities and with your fantastic communication skills you’ll be able to present these to stakeholders across the business.

What can you expect from the role?

As a CRM Analyst you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of analysis and business reports across both retail sales and Customer data. you will also be responsible for:

• Analysing and evaluating data across the business, including CRM campaigns, to produce recommendations to influence decision making and customer retention.
• Supporting the Senior Campaign Manager to enhance the reporting on key customer metrics including Customer Lifetime Value and customer growth.

About you

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skill, a keen eye for detail and the ability to be able to translate data and numbers in a visual and compelling way that tells a story with clear actions. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL and have previous experience of working within a similar role.
