Quality Control Technician

Job Description

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Technician to join our team here in our Warehouse based in Colwick, Nottingham. As a Quality Control Technician you will be in charge of the Quality Control of Frames, Lenses, Customers Prescriptions, Specifications and British Standard Tolerances.

What can you expect from the role?

As a Quality Control Technician you will be responsible for carrying out defined tasks within the quality department, you will be ensuring lens powers are within British Standards and that Visual cosmetic check’s of frames and frame identification are carried out effectively. We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, a confident approach to dealing with analytical queries and the ability to solve problems proactively. You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft products.
