Are you an experienced recruiter or talent professional with a passion for great candidate experience? Maybe you are an agency recruiter wanting to break into your first in-house role? We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our TA Team to support on retail vacancies within a set region. Reporting to the TA Manager and forming part of the wider TA Team, you will be partnering with stakeholders within the business providing knowledge, support and insight as you partner with them to make recruitment as simple as possible.

In this role, you will be supporting the mids region meaning there will be elements of travel. As such, a company car is included with this role.

The key here is to deliver a personalised experience, helping our candidates through their recruitment journey whilst staying close to hiring manager requirements.

It is up to you to bring our brand to life in every interaction you have. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from raising a vacancy to seeing a candidate through their onboarding, making sure we are creating joy for our candidates and hiring managers throughout their experience.

We will look to you to provide insights and advice on the candidate market, including salary benchmarking and creating an environment where the candidate experience is at the forefront of each touchpoint.

About you

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a talent acquisition team ideally in-house. Candidate attraction and engagement is important to us. Therefore, you will have both a passion and experience in this area.

You will be someone that isn’t reliant on direct applications to fill roles but focusses on sourcing great candidates and building future talent pools. You’ll also bring a natural curiosity to the role with fresh ideas.

Due to the fast-paced nature of recruitment, you will have the ability to manage your workload effectively, have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a positive attitude to make sure our candidates are put at the heart of everything we do.
