As store manager, you will lead a passionate and professional team consisting of a newly qualified optometrist, dispensing optician, trainee dispensing optician, and three optical assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people focused store manager who enjoys leading through change, building strong relationships, and creating a positive team culture.
You’ll be a visible, hands on store manager, inspiring your team on the shop floor while delivering outstanding customer care, commercial performance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing team
• Drive sales and commercial performance while maintaining excellent clinical standards
• Manage people performance with confidence, providing constructive and positive feedback
• Build strong relationships within a joint venture partnership
• Remain delivery focused during periods of change, including the upcoming store refit
• Ensure every customer receives a welcoming, professional, and personalised experience
• Act as a role model on the shop floor as an engaged and supportive store manager

• Proven people management experience in retail or a customer focused environment
• Experience developing and delivering store improvement plans
