What You’ll Do
· Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver strong performance and great customer outcomes
· Drive commercial results through exceptional service and effective leadership
· Champion a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated
· Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised product advice
· Oversee all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and standards
· Support your team through change, embedding new ways of working with confidence and clarity
· Focus on continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to develop both people and performance

What We’re Looking For
· Proven retail management experience
· Strong people leader with a passion for coaching and developing others
· Experience managing change and supporting teams through it effectively
· Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results
· Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-facing environment
· Great communicator who can engage, influence, and inspire
