Accounts Payable Processor

Are you looking to start your career in finance? We’re looking for an accounts payable processor to join our finance team based in Ruddington in Nottingham on an initial 12 months fixed term contract. You’ll get involved in the delivery of all aspects of processing our supplier invoices and bringing our brand to life for our external partners.

What can you expect from the role?

As part of a fast paced finance team, you’ll be supporting colleagues across the business to process invoices, provide reconciliations to our suppliers and ensure payments are made in a timely manner. We’ll look to you to help shape our success. Using your experience and knowledge you’ll look for areas of opportunity, including identifying process improvements and highlighting recommendations of best practice.

Building relationships with suppliers and colleagues, you’ll provide first line support for any queries, making sure we provide the best experience throughout.

About you

We’re looking for candidates who have previous experience within an administration/processing role, a track record of high volume invoice processing and meeting service level agreements, ideally with experience using SAP. 

We’ll look to you to build relationships with our colleagues and suppliers, so we’re looking for someone who is detail orientated with a customer focus approach to finding solutions in a fast paced environment.
