Join us as a Professional Services Advisor and you’ll be a key member of a team helping to maintain and improve clinical safety in our stores and supporting our ECP (Eyecare Practitioner) across the business. This role is based at our Store Support Centre in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, Monday to Friday with some home working.

What can you expect from the role?

As part of our Professional Services team you will be integral to ensuring that our ECP community are aware of and adhere to our policies and governance. We'll look to you to pro-actively advise on matters that may impact clinical safety and improve clinic efficiency.

Using your knowledge and skills, you will liase with our store management teams and ECP to take ownership of clinical complaints and negligence claims ensuring that our ECP are supported throughout the process and customers are responded to efficiently.

You will offer our ECP guidance and use insight to advise on how they can continue to maintain clinical standards whilst keeping sight of how they are able to deliver our business objectives.

About You

You’ll need to have a excellent stakeholders management and organisational skills, teamwork is key at Vision Express and you’ll be able to work seamlessly with customers, colleagues, registrants and senior leadership at an effective level. This role will involve making important decisions based on existing policies and guidance but also your own judgement on complex matters. Being able to communicate these choices to others will be a key success factor you’ll be able to meet this challenge head on. Having experience of working within optics would be desirable but not essential.
