Are you a leader who inspires your team with your passion for delivering a great customer experience in every interaction? 
 
We’re keen to speak to experienced Regional Managers from across the country whether that be up in Scotland, over in Wales or down in England. We are open to locations across the UK!
 
Our Regional Managers are key in leading our stores across the country by providing guidance, support and coaching to really enable our stores to create a truly personalised experience for all our customers.  
 
What can you expect from the role?
 
Our Regional Managers are game changers. By bringing our brand to life for our customers and colleagues, you’ll build a high achieving environment, where we win together and where all our colleagues have a role to play in making our customers feel special. You’ll lead your store teams to deliver an engaging customer journey, ensuring that service is the number one focus for every colleague. You’ll shape and own your regional business plan and achieve this through engaging your team, sharing commercial and financial expectations, working at pace and reinforcing key messages ensuring your team are are engaged and bought in to deliver this with you.
 
You’ll take pride in creating our future game changers through coaching, supporting, and developing your store teams, encouraging your Store Managers to have the same mindset. You can expect a busy environment where everyone is working towards the same goal and where our culture and values are at the heart of everything we do.
 
About you...
 
Whilst we don’t need you to have experience of working within an optical business you will need to have experience of operating in a fast-paced retail service provision within a similar level. You'll also be able to demonstrate your passion for ensuring each customer feels that the experience they receive is personal to them. You’ll be energised by the challenge that no two days are the same, your commercial focus will enable you to achieve your KPI’s and your focus on developing your colleagues will see you support the creation of future game changers within the business.
