Store Audit and Loss Prevention Manager

Do you enjoy striving to continuously improve and achieve more? We are looking for a store audit and loss prevention manager to join our finance team. In this exciting role you will be developing a team of store auditors and data analyst, who all play a key part in our success as a store audit and loss prevention team.

What can you expect from the role?

This opportunity doesn’t see you just support our store estate, you will also support our online teams and use data to highlight and understand any key areas of opportunities. You will also work closely with colleagues to raise awareness and understanding of our loss prevention performance.

Building relationships with stakeholders across the business, you will support the development of our management colleagues to keep our stores safe through providing them with training and development.

About you

We are looking for candidates with previous experience within a similar role, including previous involvement in loss prevention in a fast paced retail environment.

This key role will see you build relationships with a number of colleagues and stakeholders across the business, so we are looking for someone who has a collaborative style and who is great at influencing and developing team members.

Working closely with our people and culture and legal teams you will be supporting in assisting with investigations and escalations where required, so previous experience in these areas would be beneficial.
